SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing

Orders placed on www.tantom.in are subject to processing within a period of up to 48 hours from the time of confirmation, subject to product availability and successful payment verification. Orders placed on weekends or on public holidays shall be processed on the following business day. Once an order has been successfully placed, no modifications or cancellations shall be permitted. Customers are therefore advised to thoroughly verify all details prior to completing the checkout process.

Order Confirmation 

Upon successful placement of an order, an automated order confirmation email shall be sent to the registered email address provided by the customer. In the event such confirmation is not received within a reasonable time frame, the customer is advised to check their spam or junk mail folders before contacting customer support. 

Shipping and Delivery Timelines 

Once an order has been processed, it shall be handed over to the designated shipping provider for delivery. Standard delivery timelines are estimated between 3 to 7 business days, depending on the delivery location. During periods of high order volume, special releases, public holidays, or promotional events, deliveries may be subject to delays.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, where applicable, shall be indicated at checkout. The customer shall bear any additional costs incurred due to unsuccessful delivery attempts resulting from the provision of incorrect or incomplete address details.

Address Accuracy 

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure the accuracy and completeness of all shipping and contact information provided at the time of placing the order. Tantom shall not be held liable for delays, non-delivery, or misdeliveries arising from inaccuracies in the address or contact information provided by the customer.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Upon dispatch of the order, the customer shall receive an email containing the shipping
confirmation along with relevant tracking details. Customers may track their order status using the link provided.

Missed Deliveries

Delivery shall be attempted on a maximum of 2 occasions. In the event both delivery attempts are unsuccessful, the shipment may be returned to the Company’s warehouse. Re-dispatch shall be subject to payment of applicable re-shipping charges and confirmation from the customer.

Product Unavailability Post Order Placement

In rare circumstances where the ordered product becomes unavailable post confirmation, a refund shall be initiated either to the original mode of payment or via cheque mailed to the shipping address, as per Company discretion. Refunds to the original payment method may take between 5 to 10 business days to reflect on the customer’s statement.

Loss or Damage in Transit 

Tantom shall not be held responsible for loss, theft, or damage to any shipment once proof of delivery has been established by the shipping partner. All risks relating to transit, including those arising from mishandling or misplacement, shall lie with the logistics provider.

Order Review and Cancellations by Tantom

All orders are subject to internal review and verification by Tantom. The Company reserves the right to reject or cancel any order, in full or in part, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, where it suspects fraudulent activity or for any other reason deemed appropriate.

Final Sale Policy

All products purchased during promotional sales, markdowns, or discount periods shall be considered final sale and shall not be eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
