RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

 

By agreeing to initiate a return, refund, or exchange request via our support email
(support@tantom.in), or by placing an order on www.tantom.in, you agree to be bound by the terms stated in this policy without modification. If you do not agree to these terms, we advise you not to proceed with the transaction on www.tantom.in.

We may periodically update the terms governing returns, refunds, or cancellations. Each time you place an order or initiate a request, we recommend reviewing the policy to ensure you understand the terms and conditions applicable at that time.

1. We Offer Exchanges & Returns Within 7 Days from the Date of Delivery

You may request an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving your order. Once approved by our team, you’ll receive an email notification and your item will be scheduled for pickup within 2-3 days by our shipping partner.

2. Pick-Up Attempts & Self-Shipping

Our delivery partner will attempt pickup twice. If pickup fails, you’ll need to self-ship the item to the warehouse address provided.

3. Exchange/Return of Products

Exchanges or returns are accepted in the following scenarios:
(a) Incorrect size or poor fit
(b) Damaged product or packaging
(c) Product defects
(d) Missing components or accessories

4. Quality Check Before Processing

All returned items undergo a quality inspection at our warehouse. Only once approved will we proceed with the return or exchange process.

5. Condition of Returned Items

Items must be returned in their original condition — unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Returns showing visible signs of wear or damage will not be accepted.

6. Unavailable Sizes & Exchange Alternatives

If the requested size is unavailable, customers may choose a different product or opt for a gift card equivalent to the order value, redeemable online.

7. Estimated Timeline for Exchanges

Once your returned item & passes the quality check, the replacement will be shipped within 7–10 working days.

8. Refunds & Credit Notes

Refunds are issued as credit notes or gift cards after successful quality checks.
• Refunds are not made to original payment methods.
• Prepaid and return-eligible orders are refunded via gift cards only.
• Gift cards are valid for 6 months and can be used only on online purchases.
• Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.

9. Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Accessories (e.g., jewelry, sunglasses, bags, etc.)
• Items bought on sale, during promotional offers (e.g., BOGO), or marked as
Final Sale
• Customized or made-to-order products

10. Return Process

To request a return:

1. Email support@tantom.in with your order number and reason for return
2. Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours with further steps.
3. If approved, you will receive an email regarding the pickup.

Note: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the received item was defective or incorrect.
11. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a pickup and provide a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

12. Product Quality Issues Within 30 Days

You may raise issues related to quality within 30 days of purchase. If eligible, we’ll arrange a pickup and offer a resolution. Requests beyond 30 days will not be entertained.

13. Cancellation of Orders

Only COD orders are eligible for cancellation prior to dispatch from our warehouse. Once
shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

Terms & Conditions:

To ensure smooth processing of your return or exchange request, please make sure the following conditions are fulfilled:
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in a condition suitable for
resale.

• All original brand tags, packaging materials, and any included accessories must be returned in their original form and must not be tampered with.

• The product should not show any visible signs of wear such as stains, fragrances, damage, or unauthorized alterations—unless identified as a genuine manufacturing defect.

• Products purchased as part of a coordinated set must be returned or exchanged as a complete set.

• The return must reference the original order and match our internal records.

• Returned items must not have been mishandled, altered, or used in a way
that renders them defective.

• Returns will only be processed once our quality check team is satisfied that
the product is in acceptable condition for restocking.

• Upon acknowledgment of your return request, our reverse shipping partner
will reach out to arrange pickup directly.

• Tantom reserves the right to decline any return or exchange request that fails
to meet the above conditions.

• Bank account details shared for refunds or reimbursements must be accurate and
final. Tantom is not liable for any errors or losses arising from incorrect bank details
provided by the customer

• In cases where you receive an SMS or email confirming delivery of your order but the package has not been received, please contact us within 24 hours at support@tantom.in for immediate assistance.
